Ok here is the line up. Right out of the jug:

Almond Spice had a successful kidding yesterday afternoon. She gave birth to a 9 pound doeling.

Next up is either Mary, a three year old Saanan/ La Mancha cross who is boarding with me.

Or Evelyn, my four year old grand daughter of Mama and Houdini, daughter of Ian.

After that will be Margaret, also four years old. She is Mama's last daughter.

Then it's a toss up between two three year old La Manchas, Oreo and Orcha, who are boarding with me.

The sire of all these kids is Maple Gorge Bonzai, a purebred Alpine Buck I bought a couple years ago.

It seems the La Manchas are with me for the long hall. They are lovely does and good milkers. More pics of the mamas later.

It’s good to hear from you! I’d wondered how you were!
Thanks. I don't have internet at my house so I am unable to be here often.

Here is the latest update.

Evelyn had twins an hour ago. One buckling and one doeling. I lost a lovely La Mancha buckling a few months back that I had hoped to breed with one of my does. I guess that he sneaked in and left a couple kids behind.

The buckling is the brown kid and the doeling is the silver kid.

Ok here they are all fluffy and dry. First up is the doeling inspecting the ground. Second is the buckling. He's getting ready to go potty.

By the way, the buckling nurses constantly. I may end up bottle feeding him so the doeling can get some milk.
