These are old pines. They can only reach what falls off the trees so those trees might live. I'm down south these pines are different than up north. The hay was just getting unloaded when I walked in that day. It was green and you could smell the alfalfa. There are some big horse fans here although at $27 a bale I can't imagine the bill.
Square bale, not round.
No mold, its still good since obviously I still have it, may be they don't like alfalfa? Timothy is mixed with alfalga (costs $10 less per bale ).
