HAH! Toldja so!redtailgal said:The new goats won. Socrates licked my toes. I melted. I'm a wuss.
I called the vet this morning and had them listed as my personal animals and not rescue/fosters.
Go ahead Rolls, laugh at me. I know you want to.
Hoover spent time in the little pasture yesterday without me out there with him! He didnt even scream (much). But he is SOOOOO dramatic about the electric fence. Everytime he gets popped, he runs to his jumpy toys and "challenges" the fence.
Oh, and Hoovers danglies are finally down! Well, one of them anyway. He was very perturbed at me for checking, by the way.
Socrates chased a lizard yesterday, when it crawled up the wall out of his reach, he screamed at it. FOREVER.
Plato is still shy, but really really likes grain. I am using that to my advantage.
I can be just as manipulative as a goat. HA!
Silly girl, you don't give them a choice...you just squeeze the stuff into their mouths and sorta hold it shut so they don't then spit it out / smear it on you.redtailgal said:Thanks, Rolls. I sorta figure he would straighten out on his own, but with my recent luck.................
Will offer him some yogurt in the morning, if he is still not quite right. Wonder if he would just lap it up? That would be awfully convenient.
He wont touch anything with the probios, but the other two dont seems to mind it at all.
I just wanted to suggest kicking the hubby. It's certainly worth a try. It always makes me feel better, so perhaps it will make your goat feel better too. And a second time, just for good measure.redtailgal said:Suggestions? Karo in his water maybe? Cut his grain completely for a few days? Kick hubby in the butt? twice?
