The pattern is supposed to be cats sitting on a bookshelf. I think why I hate it so much is the lack of detail. I'm assuming it would look better if the books and cats were outlined.

Agreed. A little detail would make the design better, imo.

I may revisit it later and outline it later. Im so over it atm that I don't even want to look at it. Ridiculous, I know.

Just settling down to stitch now. I didn't have a chance to work on it yet today. Normally I would have a little free time after lunch but today was full. Had a busy day with homeschooling, a hike with the homeschool group, a visit to a church friend, etc.
