Do mobile homes still have little plastic flowers on the ceilings, the ones that help anchor the screws?
Not this one. It is a 1999 model, so not exactly new. Very well cared for and well kept. Its like anything else, take care of it and it will last. Neglect it and it will fall apart.

Look at this guy doing drywall!

:clap
Bet he had bad teeth from putting those nails in his mouth. That's a specialty hammer for drywall they still make.
Funny thing is this hammer has waffled head as there is waffled head and smooth head hammers. It helps drives nails in instead of slipping, the smooth head hammers for hammering on everything else but nails. Tried explaining that to the customer, but when he swings a hammer it's a smooth head, he doesn't like the waffled look if he misses.

What a way to not get a good night sleep. Get a text from the customer around 2200 hrs pised cause I am not further along in building this house. So in less than 30 days I have built this much and he is worried it is getting colder quicker. No schit, I warned you. The roof trusses we wouldn't get till Nov 21st if he went that route and I am already building on the roof portion now.

The MORON has spoken! .............. who cares?
I have a tendency to take my work ethics personal and pride in my work, so I naturally will rip someone a new one when it gets put on the table. Though I'm tactful about it and chose my words/actions wisely. This business sure has helped with that, they are laughing and smiling one moment congratulating you and cutting your throat the next second as if you are to give in if they are disgruntled over anything.
Keep a customer around long enough and you will see the ugliness come out that lurks below the surface, nice thing is I had time to read the person before it does unlike in war. You counter it and things go back to happiness.

I'm drying in the house and walking away. I don't give a **** if he can finish it or not, nor do I ever care to have business with him again. Told him I am taking Veterans Day off "for who I am" and he went on a tirade of saying I will never finish it at this rate, I'm not God's gift to the neighbors like I think I am, that I am going way too slow and tried to play it off with he is just concerned I won't get it done in time and it's a free country to to tell one how you feel. I replied back; Freedom of speech comes with consequences.
