It's looking much better. Like you said, lesson learned and next spring you can rebuild it and make it to last.
You said it right just as my wife says it, you don't make mistakes, so for this to have happen you are being pushed too hard and pushing yourself too fast cause of current circumstances. If the blocks didn't move, I believe it would of held and where they did move at, I was trying to not put too much dirt there due to a water pump close to it and each scoop was getting closer to burying it.Plus, you have been pushing to do your stuff with all the stupid stuff you have been doing for him and it was more rushed at home... and not using the steel that you wanted... I sure do not know all the finer "figuring" of weight and force and all... all that dirt on top and then the wet made it many times heavier...

They finally listened to me!!!!
I told them they need to offer to help someone to get their CDL as no one has them anymore and aren't easy to get on their own outside of college. Employees need an incentive to work somewhere, not here is a dead end job.
Driver's license with CDL - Class A endorsement preferred, but not required. Employer is willing to help the employee acquire their CDL training, if interested.View attachment 123910

HA!! Could there be hope? Perhaps learning something?? I mean you know who didn't crash it in some way."you know who" cause their trailer he was towing with 350 gallons of water on it got a little squirmy on the main road and he wasn't man enough to drive it all the way home. So he parked it
