I was looking for info on how much pasture a mini moo would need Upstate, near Syracuse, and how long it takes for a calf to grow to slaughter weight. I am sure I can find info if I dig around enough, but I was hoping to cheat.

I don't know about mini "moos" but a standard requires 1 acre per head I believe.
