URGANT: how frequently should I give my sheep Ivermectin Sheep Drench?

I have situation that is close to an emergency: My sheep has severe worm toxicity, and I ran out of my regular dewormer (all-natural plant-based). As a backup emergency option, I have some Duravet Ivermectin Sheep Drench that has been in my livestock first-aid-bin for over a year, and I've never used it before. I studied the label on the jug, and while I have an idea of how much to give her, there is nothing suggesting how frequently to give it to her. All it says is to consult a vet, but that is not an option for me for various reasons.
I don't know if giving it once is enough. But I don't want to injure her by giving too many doses either. Could I give it to her two days in a row? Should I do every other day? Once a week? What sounds OK?

If an emergency, give it now. She will be severely anemic, give her Nutri-drench for sheep. You can give the nutri drench daily for several days. Also a B12 shot, if you can’t get that, give her a vitamin B paste. Both are available at feed stores or Tractor Supply.

Repeat the worming in 2 weeks.

What breed of sheep, and how old is she? Has she just lambed or weaned lambs?

I just gave her 18 ml of the dewormer. And a double dose of a multivitamin gel paste (she seems a bit malnourished) that contains a fair amount of vitamin B. Deworm again 2 weeks from now - okay, thanks!

She is a East Friesian/Dorset/Black Welsh Mountain Sheep cross. She is 5 years old and she is not gestating, lactating, has lambs, or has weaned any recently.

Can you take a fecal sample to the vet before the second worming? It usually is not expensive. It would give you a good idea of if the wormer is working. I’d wait another 2 weeks, then do another fecal sample.

I learned how to do that, a friend showed me how. It is a game changer!

Do not give the multimineral/nutritional paste for 24 hours after worming... you will be wasting it as she will pass the worms fast from the drench and the paste will come right out with it. After 24 hours, the worms will be moving down the gut tract on the way out and the nutritional paste will be in the stomach to get absorbed better...

This our gorgeous girl. Her getting worm overload couldn't happen at a worst time; we are trying to find her a home and nobody wants to buy a sick sheep!

She seems to feeling better, she was very hungry today and is more alert. I'm going to give her some more vitamin gel tonight at the 24 hour mark.
