What do I feed newborn Pot Belly Piglets?

My PBP is due any day now. Momma was adopted last month and was suppose to be 5 months old. I guess someone messed up.

I'm not sure what to feed the babies and at what time frame.

Ex: When can they start getting water?

At what stage can I start food?

What do I feed them, besides momma's milk?

They won't need any solid foods till they are about 2 - 3 weeks old, at which time they can be fed pig starter pellets, or, barring that, they can eat the same feed as the mom. Since they won't be fed for maximum growth, I guess the mom's feed would be fine. They will start with drinking water about the same time.
