My goat, Mario, is a Nigerian Dwarf and Fainting Goat crossed buck. He is about 6-7 months old, and is housed with his twin brother, Vinnie. I recently noticed that the tops of his ears are bleeding. What is it? How can I help it?

He can't fit his head through the fencing, if that's what you mean. Could it be possible that his brother is chewing on his ear? How wouldi treat it?

Would it work if I used rubbing alcohol instead?

Also, how do I prevent it from happening again?

Better to use water and a rag. Alcohol burns. Don't use that.
Is it a constant issue or a tiff and one got bit? It happens.

It has happened before, but that was before we put up smaller fencing.
