At least he doesn’t lay a hand on us. As long as we aren’t hit by flying tools (which has happened in the past) we only need to hang on through the tantrum, as it will eventually end and he will go on as if nothing happened. My ex was flat out abusive so I can live with this, as it isn’t that often, but it is hard on the dogs who don’t understand. He gets bad cramps at night and gets really loud and it scares Fen out of his mind. It’s the only time he runs to me. It’s so opposite of how I am, it’s impossible to understand what is going on in his head when it happens.I grew up with that. So sorry you have to live with it.
