GLENMAR FARM JORUNAL

Brae leaves for her new home in Nc on Sunday.
The guy with the contract on the land wants a survey, because he thinks some of my fence line is on the property that would be his.
Does he really expect me to move fences ? 😡 The guy before me was military. He showed me the property lines. I believe him that the fences are on my property. We will see….. this is stressful.

Don't let him try to take advantage of you, a single female.

He showed my agent he has a mill in the bank. He wants to build a house with 1.4 mil.
People with $$$ think they can get whatever they want. 🙄🙄. Yep I have the final say.
The saga continues…… stay tuned. 😂😂

It does suck to be dealing with this alone.
Got the house cleaned today and the yard mowed. So now time to relax.

Technically, he has the right to survey AND yes, IF your fence is on the parcel being sold, you'll need to move it. So, where's the survey from when you purchased? You should have pins in ground and can find with a metal detector. Of course, HE CAN get a survey done for purchase -- he pays & doesn't need to share it with you call the surveyor from your purchase for better rates & just get them to update that survey (it should be recorded at courthouse). I am assuming it was not bought by you as 2 parcels but if it was -- that's better, for seeing the lines from recorded deeds. 😁. Are you using a realtor?

Sorry -- stop stressing, it'll work...maybe not for this buyer but...
