You and me both, brother. I had to deal with someone today at work who appears to be passive/aggressive. It was all I could do to sit there while she supposedly fixed my calendar issues, I felt assaulted.
Retirement is looking better all the time.

I had to drive the jeep into town today... for a teeth cleaning.
It is crap!!!!!
We had a friend bolt the seat down, so it wouldn't wiggle about... but I think the seat is too far too the right, no longer centered... and can no longer be adjusted? Or at least I couldn't see or feel the lever!!
Brakes have been redone, so it stops, which is nice. But wow is the brake squishy. We totally forgot to get the emergency brake done, ha!
Also... it is raining... and the windshield wipers are... yeah... crap.
I am right now at the DMV to see if I can get a current registration. Then I will stop and get new windshield wiper blades, and glue to stick the rear view mirror back on.
And then thank God many more times that there is zero ice on the road.

Home. Long, heavy resets day. I'll take OTC pain meds before bed, to calm sore muscles -- every one in my body!!!

Having dinner & a well earned glass of wine. Relax. Go milk Brat, collect eggs, feed, count noses and I'll be done for today. Early to bed. A ditto day tomorrow.

Take everything I have ever said about where I turn wrenches, ball it up and throw it at the person running the show there.
Let's just say started out with 29 yr old who runs the show cause his dad gave him the place years ago to run and he decided to go off on how I'm too slow and too expensive for 5 minutes yelling at me as I am tossing wrenches in a box looking at him. Ended with me tearing into him for 30 minutes to the point he couldn't face me anymore he had to look away. You may be 220 lbs 6' 3" but my 120 lbs 6' is packing a wallop from my multiple combat tours and experience not many ever can speak or know of and with that comes a knowledgeable response to have one cowering back.
Listen here you little schit, I have been turning wrenches before your daddy knew what a hard on is, and have 5 tours on record from two war zones, spent 15 years in the as infantryman. I'm not in my 20's anymore I am in my mid 40's, most mechanics my age are either broken or retired if you can find one, want someone faster then go find a 20 something year old for this schit...

Coffee is ready. I slept until 6. I was tired. Have been having too much fun lately, lots of drive time and my little car is not comfortable for long distances. Instead of resting yesterday, I hitched up my flatbed, loaded my tractor and strapped it down. Went to son’s house and mowed his place. Church last night and I was utterly worn out.
