He never took a shot!!!
I really wish he had! But he said when he got it lined up, the wood walls were behind it.... so he just opened a window and let it out.
I was bummed! That squirrel has been pigging out on my birdfeeder.

Didn't realize that squirrels could survive in the extreme cold in Alaska... might be a different subspecies...

Where I live we only have 1 kind. But, as all squirrels, it sure can be annoying!
We even have chickadees, a few different kinds, that live here all year around. Tiny things.
And we have bats! The little brown bat is the only one that lives where I do, but it is HARD for them to live here. The hibernation is just way too long. I have only seen one in the almost 30years I have been up here.
