Going above 104°F today, but don't worry will be only high of low 60's tomorrow and the next day. Have to be careful to not overheat the equipment or myself.
Today is the day I pis s a rancher off, we have owned this one property for about 3 or 4 years that has the well on it and is the one that caught fire. Well there is a fence that is a few hundred feet off that got burned, but still standing on my property. Has been cut a few places to run a firebreak through it when we had that wildfire. Going to walk my excavator down there and start pulling T posts up and snapping the tree posts. Then I'm going to walk back and grab my loader and plow a driveway where the property line is that will also serve as a fire break.
Green arrows are where the fence is at and red is pretty close to the pins. Mind you this is 20 acre parcel and that southern fence line is where I’m putting the driveway of 1200’

Does he live close by? Could be, if he doesn't see you doing it he may not notice (at least immediately). Will you be putting new fencing in on the property line?
Good luck.

Oh yeah, as in quarter of a mile away and it’s actually two ranchers, two fences that need to be put right. Yes I will be putting new fence up and if they tie into it I will be sending them a bill per Montana laws.

A quarter mile - you'll definitely be noticed. Good luck, I know you plan well enough and thoroughly ahead.

Thunder rumbles woke me. 🥴 I wasn't expecting that. Scattereds are out there. So far, not here but went out on the porch and I can smell the rains, so somewhere close is getting it. Weather site shows this morn until 8ish, then again at dinner time. It's the heat & tropical humidity -- looks like another entire week of it. 😣 Everyday...last week, too. Welcome, 5:30 coffee.

Answered a few "urgent" emails, now heading to main office to make THE coffee.

Gotta share...

Coffee is ready. I could scoop the humidity outside with a spoon. It’s rained about a quarter inch every day, yesterday got a half inch. I worked outside yesterday morning for a few hours. Came in soaking wet and cooled off. Miserable outside and I’ve got things to do.

Rahab has 4 eggs, other 4 in incubator. Yesterday was Day 18, Lockdown for the incubator. I removed the autoturn mechanism, now just hoping that I didn't kill the chicks with high humidity. Hatch is expected Thursday or Friday. :fl
