Coffee anyone ?

Bought an almond milk coffee creamer. It is measured by the tablespoon. Less calories than heavy cream, for sure, but I have to use so much to even taste it, that it’s really not helpful. Not that great anyway. I guess I’ll stick to black coffee for awhile.

I drink the milky coffee & just deal with the slower weight loss. There are some things I just will not compromise.

Coffee with milk this morning. Yes, I broke down and bought milk again. Milk in coffee is not the same as cream in coffee. Oh well.

Told you -- buy cream, enjoy your coffee. wont make a huge difference in weight. What's a week? you'll get there.

I'd like to see sunshine today but, clouds. Maybe sprinkles mid afternoon, not much...?...hopefully.

Slow start today. Doesn't seem to be different outside -- no one's wandering around. Maybe a sleep in morn for them too. . I'm not gonna spoil it! Nope....me first. Having my wake up time and coffee.

It’s so foggy here, I can’t see the driveway gate or the road. Sheep pens are drying up a little. Still mud, but not poop soup anymore.

If you're trying to cut carbs, cream is actually a teensy bit lower than milk. But whatever it takes to make it 'a decent cup of coffee'. I tried real hard for about 3 months to do that intermittent fasting but I kept blowing my fast when I had coffee. I didn't have a problem with only eating once a day but I wasn't getting the benefits of fasting when my giant coffee (often followed by a 2nd smaller one at work) was essentially a meal.

Slept in - again! That's 2 Sundays in a row. Not sure if I'm forming a good habit or a bad one
Layered over the PJs, & headed out to feed while the coffee was cooking.
I wanted to make sure Eva's new feeder was going to work out tomorrow if I fed & left, so I filled waterers while she ate.
SHAME ON YOU TRACTOR SUPPLY!!!!! GLUED-ON HOSE ENDS??!!??!!

I couldn't believe it. The hose just dropped off leaving the connector firmly attached to the spigot!
Anyway, water hauled, adjustment made to the feeder & back inside for coffee (WITH cream) & playing fetch with silly boy-cat Marvin

@canesisters Not glued in but poor quality. The flare that holds hose in while allowing nut to swivel sheared. Definitely take it back for refund.
