I haven’t done anything outside. The wind is blowing, it’s cold. Ok, it’s Texas cold,

Stay in, stay warm (hey your cold is probably colder than my cold ) - stay in now -hot cocoa, chicken soup, etc and then you can go out sooner and stay out longer.

Soon you'll have chickens again. Think of this as encouragement. Actually I eat few eggs, I just like to collect the eggs. But at a dz a day, they overwhelm fast.

Coffee is ready. Pound cake! That’s what you do with so many eggs, make pound cake! I used to make pound cakes and give them away.

I make a dozen soy sauce eggs each week just for snacking.
@Mini Horses have you thought about water glassing eggs?
I've did 3 1/2 gallon jars last Fall.... but I haven't gotten up the nerve to use them yet

It's raining & hovering around 40° here. Been out just long enough to let the chickens out, feed Eva & Blossom, & check the new rain collection thingy.
Settled into the recliner now with my feet under a blanket, several cats snuggled up & my biggest mug (mug shaped soup bowl) of creamy coffee.
I think today will be BYH & NETFLIX
..until I get bored & go clean something
