@Sequestered Ridge Ranch ; Couple of things that you may not be aware of. And this comes from someone with a few years animal experience.
Quonset type huts have been around for a long time and are great for some animals. Hogs do good in them out on pastures... chickens and such... cows do not do as good since they will be constantly pushing against the sides and they will get bent/bowed out somewhat. Need to have a semi straight 4 ft wall on the sides then the rounded top for snow/rain shedding... and the sides will need to be somewhat reinforced every 4 ft... Now younger animals are not a problem, but cattle will push against, and push each other against the sides and they get busted.
The steel you are using is probably way stronger than what they can push though... so might not be a concern.
If they can be moved that is great, But if semi permanent, think also about someone in there trying to shovel out the manure etc... being bent over all the time is not fun. BTDT....
Just some suggestions. I like the food storage compartment on the dog house you made, too...
