My back hurts, does that deserve ice cream???
None here anyway. Too many gates lifted & moved on my day at home yesterday
muscles from shoulders & into mid back is tight & sore. I worked today, it started in afternoon when I tried using them again. Now home with a heating pad & OTC pain meds. It'll be fine in a couple hrs. 
after all, I'm in my prime!
