Yesterday was the 50's ladies lunch. I put on a dress and it was nice to be clean, not dirty, sweaty, grubby and wearing nice clothes. I picked up my sister in law's grocery order and took it to her. Came home, changed back into farm clothes, dirty, grubby, hot and sweaty in a very short time. Took Carson for a ride on the mule and added dust to the sweat. Today? Coin toss. A friend's grandpa is dying, being transferred from Houston hospital back home to Livingston, she called yesterday and wanted me to come see him and mostly be a comfort to her. I need to go mow at son's house, might get that done this morning, then clean up and go to Livingston. I've known the family for many years and need to go anyway.

Waiting at the auction. Just less than two hours until it actually starts.

HOLY COW !!!!!! :ep :ep :ep :ep Look at all the chickens.....I have never seen anyone use laundry baskets for chickens... it would be fun to go to this sale just to see it...
All the poultry shows people bring them in cardboard boxes or use "cat/dog carriers" to bring in the for sale birds... but then the carrier does not go with the animal like they do there... and you saw at the poultry swap that the buyer often has their own box/carrier/cage to put their purchase in. It helps to have a box to make the sale... but never seen sooo many laundry baskets... 😃😃😃😉😉

High of 80 with little bit of winds around 30 mph which despite such wind I can actually fly the drone in.

Going to rip some neighbors fence up and put some flags down to mark my property boundary. Pretty simple, get on one end with a transit level and line up tee post on one corner with the tee post on the other corner, then zoom out and down see where that is, send the drone to where I am looking at, land it, then run over and put a survey flags down.
After that, send in the dozer and push a firebreak/driveway in.
After all, pising people off is what I am good at :gig
