Coffee anyone ?

Coffee is ready. I kept hitting snooze, finally got up. My granddaughters started way backschool several weeks ago. They go to year around school, but have week long breaks scattered throughout the school year.
The snooze button and I are old friends, we go way back...lol

I would hate that. When my kids were in public school I was always sad when school started and happy when summer came around again. Then we pulled them out and homeschooled until HS, when God blessed us with just enough overtime at the dams where Dale worked to be able to send them to a Christian school. He never had OT before that. God is good!

????? WHY ?????? Gonna bury something else???
Yep another “root cellar
Or make the bunker?
It’s a “root cellar”
That's a lot of earth to move. Hope you've got big equipment.
Guess you haven’t seen the infamous picture of what I have done with an excavator. If you ever wanted to find me, just listen for the noise and look for a pile of freshly dug dirt. :gig

I was having a conversation with someone just the other day.
We were wondering if it was just our limited childhood view of the world, but we were under the impression that EVERYONE back in the 70's & 80's went to school from (roughly) Labor Day to mid June (depending on how many snow days we're used).
That's exactly how I remember it.

Breakfast and coffee late - trained dogs (O:Dark:Thirty) and took care of sheep first. The lil lamb went from 5.6 to 5.8 overnight -- looking like the mama ewe's milk may be starting to coming in finally and the lil lamb wasn't into the bottle much either. 🤞

Nice! Our friend has a couple of track hoes, that we've used a few times. It's amazing what you can do with them!

Hubbs got one stuck digging a pond. Hit water then was stuck to the axle. I was afraid we’d have to keep it. Or turn it into a whirlybird water feature to pay for itself.
Note: he’s a much improved operator these days.

Oh no, lol! Yeah, that's why we don't borrow things to often.
