Thank you so much! 💞 I will give this a try. I definitely don't want to have surgery. I've had enough of those to last a lifetime.

I wish I would have known about this when I had my knee replaced. I can't take hydrocodone, makes me really sick. Most of them do. I started taking Ibuprofen as soon as I could.

The crazy thing is, my calves don't feel sore or overly tight. It's only when he had me do some specific stretches that I realized how tight they actually are.

Thank you again. I very much appreciate this. 💗
You can do a simple leg stretch sitting down with your feet up. In a recliner or in a chair with your feet on another chair. Straighten out your legs and curl your feet back towards you and hold for a count of 10. Do this several times. More is better but if your legs are that tight, just start with several and work up to more. With feet curled towards you lift one leg and hold. Then the other leg. It's not major exercise but its a great warm up or just to get relief from tight sore muscles.

On my first cup of coffee. I'll take care of sheep this morning, then gotta go take my sister in law to the doctor. Then pick up her grocery order and get her cigarettes. She has to have her cigarettes, I'm glad I don't have any bad habits past coffee, sheep, dogs, tractor, truck, and a terrible attitude towards housework.

Made it back to my DD house. Decided not to climb back into bed. Don't want to wake hubs.

So, time for tea in the special cup they bought for me! 🥰 I'm sure I've shared it before...lol

Thank you, I will add that to my routine!
@fuzzi have you got Maple home yet? You should know better than ask BYH!!

@Alaskan, YAY for vacation! You deserve a vacation and enjoy yourself!

@SageHill I want to hear all about the class!

@drstratton you can get a SMALL dog and take her/him with you!
If I get a dog it will be be a big boy! But those pocket pups are pretty cute, even though my son says they're not real dogs...lol

I think we should label that TATH...😁. I greatly dislike housework too. Especially right now with all of the extra peeps at my house. Cleaning barely makes a dent, I can't keep up! They will be leaving on the 7th. I will miss my grandbaby's 🙁 their mess is not the one that bothers me... it's the adults...:barnie

I'm waiting to hear back from the foster, the rescue organization has already confirmed that my approved application is still on file. I want to meet Maple, then if I think she's a keeper, whatever's the next step. However, I can't bring her home until December (or week before), SO, I was thinking that IF we like each other, I could put down a deposit to hold her til then.

@drstratton generally, small dogs make good travelers. I want a dog that will travel with me. Not an ankle-biter...20-40 pounds is good. I love BIG dogs, but just can't lift them.
