6 chickens in the roaster. House is starting to smell delicious already. Thinking I might try my hand at making chicken pot pies with the meat depending on time. Maybe getting some in the freezer if I can figure it out. Never made one. I have made a chicken pot pie soup before and it was delicious. Might dig that recipe out too. Decisions. Decisions. Want to put more quick food up for hubby while I'm driving back and forth moving.
Done with animal chores tonight. Foggy and cali chilly outside.
Exhausted from the day and lack of sleep. Nothing I can do tomorrow as far as closing to we will probably go to sleep and I'll wake up early and see who I have to be grumpy at. Worried about my better half and his lack of sleep. I'll feel so much relief once he's home in the morning. Still need to take the trash out and take the can to the gate for trash day tomorrow. Might just cook some steak and eggs for supper and call it a night early.
We worked more on one of the two rigs that are getting new parts. Caught back up with what parts are here so far. Progress is good. Got one full side of the trailer roof sealed tonight. A second roll of sealing strip should be here tomorrow and hopefully we can finish that and get back to packing this weekend.
Since sane people are sleeping I'll end with y'all have a great day!

It's 3:10 AM here, I'm not sleeping either. I fixed 3 pieces of toast with buckwheat honey on it and I got a cup of coffee. I have a full day today, I need the sleep but it ain't happening.

I made questionable chili. I don’t know if you all see the ads I do but directly below my post is a pic of a woman’s sweater with bones on the front, sort of how I feel. Hubbs is fine. But my days of spicy food may be coming to an end. Dang. Farewell to Sriracha and something called Likwid Stoopid. Condiments should get your attention now and then.

I can't do spicy anymore, especially peppers. I still can add a little horseradish on occasion.

For those following the tales of Caleb, he's been quiet, good as gold all night. He just doesn't want to be alone, but he'll learn.

Overdid the walks yesterday, had to apply DMSO to leg and foot spasms in the middle of the night. I'm still a little sore but the spasms are gone.

Guess I'll get up and make coffee...
