Not a drop of snow on the ground and temperatures shall hover around low 40's for highs, very odd weather. All hell breaking loose one day and clear the next.

Coffee is ready. I gifted myself with a brand new Dewalt Battery drill, impact and circle saw. Picked them up yesterday, My old drill just makes a grinding noise. I've had it many years, the circle saw still works a little, it's past time for new ones. I think the old ones are 16 or 17 years old.

Caleb has been dropped off for his snip job, and I stopped at Bojangles on the way home. I love their Bo-berry biscuits.

Good morning everyone!

Sipping on my tea, thinking about what needs to be done around here and not enough time to get it done, but that's nothing unusual...lol We have to go to town again today, that's 3 days in a row, also nothing unusual. But, today we are going to visit with hubs brother and take him his Christmas presents. He's disabled and is at a stage where he's just not able to come to our house anymore. So, we will have an early Christmas with him, where he's at.

Then we have to go to Home Depot, because we cannot drive an hour into town and not stop somewhere to pick up something that is needed.

Started the day with Caddo and Moses on walkabout. Caddo did his usual stealth swim in the neighbor’s pond. Moses was a good boy and stayed on property. There is something literally stirring in the weeds to my east. Armadillo and or hogs. There is a lot of brush (poison ivy, cat briar etc) in there so I can’t see the critter but Moses has fussed at the fence all week. I guess the boys decided enough was enough and went for it. No injuries thankfully. 79 degrees for a high next few days. Had to get my shorts back out. Caddo and Valla who isn’t so little anymore.

Overcast, gloomy, cool. Yeah, rains overnight. Chores were done & now I'm processing a bunch of apples. Prob will become applesauce. Later, pumpkin pies will happen. Time inside and we know how that goes...

Now I'm thinking of pumpkin pie & coffee breakfast

Ugh. Think I’m getting the flu according to Dr. Google. Weird body aches, especially a headache. Sniffles. Sprayed Hubb’s nap area with Lysol. His cold is better, hopefully our sick time won’t overlap too much. Off to Asprin Town.

Thanks everyone. I haven’t been sick since Sept. ‘21 except for morning sniffles. Had some Elderberry ( why do they do everything as chews? It was like a eucalyptus cough drop made a baby with a gumdrop. An old gumdrop that had been in some unreputable neighborhoods. Probably had a tiny gumdrop tattoo. Done by an angry tic tac that lived in the bottom of a purse. With lint. Well cold meds are kicking in. Ramble on Blue
