Good afternoon everyone! Happy New Years eve! Got up early and got a lot done today so far. Made deodorant since we're almost out and some scalp treatment. Decided to make the scalp treatment after washing my hair at the new place. Much harder water there apparently. Dried my scalp out quite a bit. Will need to tweak my soap recipe when I get there. Did some much needed cleaning in the kitchen. Also made mashed potatoes with a bag of potatoes I didn't get made into potato chips before heading to the house. Got a pumpkin in the oven right now and hope to get a few more in before I'm done for the night. Hoping to get a few more thing done before chores but DH just got up so we'll see.

Happy New Year. Been raining since yesterday afternoon on and off. I did see some fireworks when I walked the dogs last night --- it was east coast midnight

Happy New Year to all... I went to bed at 12:02.... was reading and looked at the clock... oh, I was going to bed early.... Oh well...
I used to work every New Years Eve, waitressing... after all that, it just didn't impress me much anymore... It's simply Thursday morning this morning...
AT LEAST it is "WARMER"... it is 37 and feels like a heat wave after the temps we had. Sun is out, it'sblowing quite a strong breeze out there. Supposed to hit 45-50 today...
