We ordered 4 Japanese Pagoda trees from a guy here in WA State. He got them shipped out right away. They should have been delivered yesterday, but we received a notification that the package was running late. I have informed delivery, so, I was tracking it. Then it disappeared from my package tracking watch list. I entered the tracking# again and they had shipped the package all of the way to New Jersey, clear across the country. It's on the way back, supposedly. That's USPS for you. It should have traveled from Spokane to our local post office for delivery. Ridiculous! I just hope the trees are okay and not too dried out, as they were shipped bare root.

Our postal system has gotten so bad, country wide, it's not what it used to be. Benefits have been slashed for quite some time and they use a lot of contractors. There is a big livestock auction in Hamilton Texas that actually has a disclaimer on it's web page. It says that the post office has bad delivery and can take up to 2 weeks to deliver people's checks. Please wait 3 weeks before calling them to complain.

I use a stamp to mail letters to an aunt. It's fine. Way less expensive than other methods. Usually 3 days from VA to WV, in mailbox. She's 93 now, still likes the method of letters.

Coffee is so needed, deserved and appreciated. It's getting daylight here at 5:30 now -- thought I'd share that fact. Didn't even need headlamp then, ain't bright but you can see. I'm scheduled to work today, may not happen. Somehow I'm thinking a nap probably will. Trying to get this goat kid up & walking.

It's about normal chore time. Better get back out there.

Even FedEx will lose my packages. Granted I do live in the middle of nowhere and have no idea where mail goes for distribution from here.

Struggle bus, dragging this morning. Need to go pour some coffee and head to work.

Didn’t get shipping container leveled yesterday. Son’s 1988 truck had a problem and he was chasing parts. He’s making phone calls chasing jobs. It’s time, he needs to go back to work. I tell him I’ll be ok.

I don't use USPS to send things to my granddaughters in Chicago. What isn't stolen or lost will sit, undelivered...so my daughter informs me. I mailed postcards to them from NC, and they didn't arrive for TWO MONTHS.

I've had issues with all of the delivery services. I think the huge uptick in online sales has overwhelmed them. The honey I sent to @Baymule through UPS was lost... so I filed a claim for it, they found it real quick.

Guess, I'd better get moving. Get my appointment over with and a little shopping, then come back home to hermit...lol

Same here. I'm not interested in driving around town to do errands. I'd rather be home.

But I still want to travel, go figure!

I think the quality of employees has diminished.
