That's certainly a huge factor. Work ethic and moral integrity has been diminishing for years. I weep for our culture and our children's and grandchildrens future.

Agreed. Now a days, if you can find an employee that actually shows up reliably, on time, and not stoned, it is almost rare enough to be seen as a miracle.

The final bag delivered at 8pm. I don't know if she knew she was on camera or not but she sure looked tired. I felt bad for her but at the same time not counting or double checking the order seems pretty basic when delivering. On top of all the drama I'd been waiting over a month for the beet pulp pellets to come in stock. Hence all the drama trying to get the shreds all over the state. Guess what came in email last night about an hour after she delivered the final bag? The "in stock" email from chewy's. Over a month I patiently waited. Then I ran low and had to panic buy for days and then bam! Back in stock. Even had asked the company the night before if they knew anything on when it could come back in stock. I'm good for a little while now so now I'm not sure if I should pre order extra or just wait until my normal ordering schedule. I'm hoping we won't still be here but I know that's wishful thinking right now.

Sorry you had all the drama. Customer service has gone down the drain with so many companies. I try to spend my money with businesses that still have SERVICE.

Thanks. Yes customer service is really bad now however I will say I was surprised that the TS representative was very good. I was surprised by that. Took 15 minutes to get through to him because of course all the press 1 for this and press 3 for this and on and on just to even get put on hold for a representative was pretty ridiculous.

My best friend and her other half own a successful welding company. They've had more trouble in the last few years finding people who really want to actually work or at the least even show up. They've had several gentleman who have been hired on and give the two week grace period to leave their previous jobs. Come the day they are supposed to start work and it's no show and no call. Another one was supposed to start last monday and showed a lot of potential. They were pretty excited to see how he'd do. He even came in last Thursday to drop off documentation to start work monday and monday came around and no show no call. It's unbelievable. These aren't low paying start up jobs either. It's crazy.
