73°F today, blizzard tomorrow on the day I need to unload 60k lbs of pipe for my fence. Then we get a small reprieve and starting next Friday for the next week it's going to snow. After that it will jump into mid 60's.
I don't follow this time change thing, it's nice.

Time changed. Phone changed it's time...I got up at usual time -- whatever that was or is

After I finish this fantastic, appreciated, needed cuppa coffee...and head in to refill, I might change time on stove & MW. Otherwise, move on as usual. It happens that my sleep & body has been so screwed up for a week with accommodating that new kid that it doesn't "know" about the clock thing. Just needed sleep all week. Don't recommend this transition but, it happened.

I think we're to get some rain today, tonight, whatever. Guess I'll check that in a few. And I'll see what I halfway did yesterday . I know I need a feed run. That's enough to muddle thru. Big work week coming up, 5 days of 10 hr days. get ready!

The picture of your bread reminded me of an OCD trait my husband had. He didn't like bread with holes in it. He would pick up loaf after loaf at the store, fanning the slices, peering through the wrapping of the bag-with all the print on it-looking for holes and complaining about them.

Why? because when he made toast, the butter and honey leaked out through the holes and it drove him over the edge of despair. I;m sitting here laughing at the mental picture of him rejecting loaf after loaf until he found one with little to no holes.

This just reminded me...

My dad lived in an RV for the last 30 years of his life. When he was 90 he parked it in front, on the street, and stayed until he passed on.

When we'd go shopping together I'd watch him compare every loaf of bread to make sure he'd get the tallest one. It was a lengthy process.

Good Sunday morning all. It's cooler this morning than the last week. The rain storms yesterday was followed by a cool front. Still going to be nice in the afternoon(s).
The camper has a large leak in the slide out so it's been in a lot lately. A camper gets really small when you eliminate 80% of the floor space. It also has a leak over the bed so a few nights have been in the kids bunk or the recliner. The whole camper needs replaced.

Town is a sheet of ice... I tried to run and it's just not possible.
Laundry going and I'll do some cooking after church. One more chill weekend day before I get back to the craziness of work!
Forecast calls for snow all week. Fun times!

Morning all, Damn I'm an hour behind and I tried all week to soft-change the time change. Didn't work - ain't worth the effort - don't try it. Time change SUCKS. (ask me how I really feel ).
Weed whacking again but not all day DS and DDIL and DGS are coming over this afternoon - we'll all have some fun target practicing before dinner (tri-tip on the grill).

I'm late to the gas discussion. I'm here in Calif near Indio/Palm Springs. We got regular gas yesterday at Costco. $5.09 a gallon!!! The cheap places were $5.03.
