I can add to that incompetence. I had all of hub's neuro records sent to a new neurologist, who will take our United Health Care insurance. That was in January. I checked in with them the middle of January to see if they got it. YUP.
I called yesterday cus I've not heard from them. They told me that they can't see hubs cus they don't see anyone older than 55. WHAT THE HE!!. I've been waiting all this time and I know that you got the records and you haven't bothered to contact me via call, text, mychart, pony express, carrier pidgeon that your Provider can't see my husband? I was soooo frustrated.
