Howdy all!

Been a busy day so far. Got caught up on the dishes I left last night.

Sometimes I just can't force myself by the end of the night. Clabber was ready so I skimmed off the sour cream and started making cottage cheese. Came out delicious. Trying different methods to see what we really like best for eating plain.
Pulled some ground pork to thaw to make some pressed lunch meat. Still working on a recipe that we really like. Really want to figure out a pressed beef lunch meat we like. I have two presses so I want to be able to make options at one time so I'm not going to all the trouble for a few days of meat tops. Especially if I'm getting the slicer out. In the long run I want to make bulk batches every so often with even more presses. Slice in bulk and package up enough for a few day at a time so during busy season we still have lunch meat without all the cooking etc. We have a ton of beef right now. Pork is going quick and with the move we aren't raising more at the moment.
