Va is known to have less winds in the evening... patterns shift. That is why there is a daytime burning ban from Feb through the end of April... due to wind currents. Burning allowed after 4 pm... and is supposed to be put out by midnight... Still , with the dryness throughout most of the state, I do not blame you for being very nervous about it...
