GLENMAR FARM JORUNAL

Wait… now no offer they wanted road frontage. The land is behind my farm. They walked the land 🙄🙄 Really ? You were there.
I need some wine.
Yeah - typical.
The 10 ac next to me is for sale - the stupid realtor (who we've had bad experience with years ago) has a picture of OUR land and OUR electric box (made for just one house) and a picture of another's land --- neither of which are part of the land for sale. She's been asked twice to take those photos down and NO response. Next stop realty board or something bigger than her.

That's good on the heifer sale. Hope the sale of the property can go through. Road frontage is a good idea. Landlocked, you have to provide an easement anyway, to give them the right to go through your property to get to theirs. Just sell enough of the front to make a road back to theirs.

Bad bull! You might have to build a sturdy pen, deep set treated posts and 2x6 treated lumber to make a strong pen.

This is where property connects to road.

Ugggg. I’m majorly stressing right now. It’s hard to do this stuff alone. My stomach is in a knot. I’m sure it will get better. I’m drinking tea and listening to soothing music waiting for yard girl to get here. Cattle are misbehaving and these is lots of work to do.
