Yeah - typical.
The 10 ac next to me is for sale - the stupid realtor (who we've had bad experience with years ago) has a picture of OUR land and OUR electric box (made for just one house) and a picture of another's land --- neither of which are part of the land for sale. She's been asked twice to take those photos down and NO response. Next stop realty board or something bigger than her.

@SageHill Call her broker, advise the agent has been told & pics are wrong. Tell them correct within 3 days or you'll report to state RE Comissioner. Follow up & do it if not fixed.

That's good on the heifer sale. Hope the sale of the property can go through. Road frontage is a good idea. Landlocked, you have to provide an easement anyway, to give them the right to go through your property to get to theirs. Just sell enough of the front to make a road back to theirs.

Bad bull! You might have to build a sturdy pen, deep set treated posts and 2x6 treated lumber to make a strong pen.

Yes. The easement is along my field. I keep it mowed.

Some banks require a deeded right of way for a loan, recorded at courthouse. Is that the case here? Just a thought. It can be written into contract that it will be that. Just guarantees the permanent access regardless of ownership of property upon which the easement is placed.
