so if the selenium and Vit. E doesn't work after a couple weeks, then I'd try the wormer.

I've found that black oil sunflower seeds are high in selenium and it's something they'll eat along with any other grain based feeds you may be giving. That's something you could add a little of to feed each day also
One thing that I'm always worried about is when it says, " don't give more than X AMOUNT ppm". M always afraid I'll give to much and hurt them more. Do I just throw a cup full of sunflower seeds in with their grain?
On line you can generally pull up the label for the product.
I checked online at Rural King and Orschelns but neither showed their amounts.
And I grow the flowers, save the heads & they eat the seed from it. Of course, I'd need acres of them for my crew. But it's a fun time for the chickens in the winter when other things aren't there to scratch for.
