I’ve used sevin dust with success in treating fleas in the house.
Moved into a new apartment one time, then the fleas came out. Sprinkled the carpet with sevin dust, left for weekend, came back and vacuumed the carpet. No more fleas.

Hmm, how many acres to I really need to keep my sheep? Land near Houston is more expensive of course. I'm finding properties in the 6 - 8 acre range in our tentative budget.

The sheep are really only using about 5 acres west of pond on current property. It's also getting a bit rundown since I don't have proper cross-fencing. Flock is currently at 11 head and has been up to 20 with lambs...

Although an added expense... sheep can be dry lotted and fed good hay and some grain...

I met Andy and his wife when they came to pick up the kids at the first TexKats field day. He seemed so vibrant and strong. Cancer is something that takes us down, no matter how healthy otherwise we may seem to be. I am so sorry. I don't know if knowing that a loved one has only a short time left or if one dies suddenly, is the hardest to deal with. I've experienced both and both are hard. Big hugs to Alijah, you and the kids.
