Sometimes when you take a chicken away, then put her back in the coop, to them it is a brand new chicken. You might have to put her in a small cage in the coop to let them get used to her before letting her out.

My husband and I got the big rabbit cage set up and Cheeks is back outside with the rest just not loose to get hurt anymore. I need to go fill the water up but I'm so tired right now because we went to Ukiah to get a car for the 2nd grandson with our oldest daughter and her boyfriend

Well Whiner has to go because today he managed to get to Cinnamon and kill her so he's going on a one way ride. He attacked Darlin yesterday but she was loose and walking around but Cinnamon was locked up in the coop/run area.

Thank you all for the sympathy. I already miss the olive green eggs she laid. I float tested almost 13 dozen eggs today and only had to toss out 2. I used 2 duck eggs for a homemade chocolate cake. I used the recipe from the Hershey's Cocoa bag. I'm going to make some frosting also. In other news my husband just called it quits with the trucking industry. We were broke before the money got in the bank. I'm happy having him home because it really sucked being at home all the time alone. I'm also trying to find a job because it's definitely going to be rough but like I said we've been down before and we've always been alright so we will do it again. He just looked at me like umm how do you know that. I have to be positive because seriously if I wasn't I'm yeah well I'm not going there.

So I decided to start another homemade cake only this one is lemon. It's not like overwhelming lemon and not to the point of damn are you sure that's a lemon cake.
