I was talking to my mom and she said that she was hoping that my husband and I would stop by on our way home from Boomtown so she can help me can the pumpkins and pomegranates. I told her that we're not going because there's too much paranoia in my mind right now. So she said that's okay I will still come up to help but I need a ride. I'm so excited to be able to can with my momma.

We're working on canning the pumpkin. I was going to try to finish it on my own after my mom goes home but she explained the pressure cooker and I said oh uhh I don't know if I can do that because I am quite paranoid about the word pressure so she said she will come back and finish it with me.

I watched while my mom was using the pressure cooker and I now believe that I will be able to do it myself. We got 7 quarts of pumpkin canned and will probably get another 15 or more.
