Wow -- y'all's "sharing" just makes me SO thankful I've still got all my working original parts!! 😳🤔😖 :old :D =D
You must have been nicer to your "parts" than we were to ours. At the rate I'm going, I'll outlive my knee and have to have another one. I try to be kind to it, really I do, but it just has to suck it up and keep up with what I do. Screw it.

We kind of have to schedule surgery dependent on one another. Randy needs knees replaced and as he is the only one who can support us now (selling my home was biggest mistake of my life, we could have lived quite comfortably just boarding horses…) so my hip has to wait until he’s as fixed as they can get him.
Meanwhile I am very excited that he FINALLY got the 3,000 empty feed bags out of my horse trailer. When we get back from California, I hope to pick up a couple of lambs and then get all my tack organized inside the trailer like I’ve been wanting to do for the past several years ❤️ With my tack accessible maybe I can finally ride!!

I very much want to see my kids, but I hate the thought of leaving Boone behind and the heat down there is going to be rough

My hip apparently was messed up all my life, like dysplasia, kind of. Doc said it was never properly in place! That explained why I never could do splits in gym class like the other girls.

My dad and elder sister had the same issue, right hip. I told my dad it was all his fault. :gig
