Pigs and their obsession with dog food???!?!?!?!

So a few years ago we had pigs, what is up with their dog food/treat thing obsession?!?! they were pinned up outside but their so dang smart when ever they could they ran in the house and took they biggest bites of dog food they could before we caught them!!! What is up with that???

All I can add is my pigs will eat pretty much anything and dog food would be sucked up in seconds :lol:

ya but these pigs would run the house as fast as possible to eat ALL of the dog food they could see

Read the ingredient label for the dog food. I'm better corn is at the top of the list. Corn is the drug of choice for livestock.

Those pigs may have had a dietary deficiency. Perhaps they were lacking an essential amino acid that the dog food contained, or they could even have been starving for fat. Without knowing what they were routinely fed as their main diet, it's impossible to know, or make any kind of guess.

they were plenty fat LOL!!!

Probably 90% of the dog food out there starts with corn. Believe me, I know...I had to find one without for my dog.
