Holy crud. Hope that antibiotics kick in fast and knock everything out. We all seem to be bruise machines lately - goes with that we don't bounce as well as we used to.

You are right. We need to figure it out.Surgery is coming your way. You may be tired of surgeries, but this is one you probably don’t want to miss.
How much would you have to pay having surgery here on the PPO, versus the cost of going back to California plus the inconvenience and time away from home. The key word is home. California is not home anymore. Do you want to recuperate in a house that is no longer home, with another family living in it, or do you want to recuperate at HOME. Miserable in one place, happy in the other. Your choice. Sometimes happiness is worth the money.
You are right too!Agree with Bay. Good grief, do you not remember the cost of travel to CA & back? In fact, you may not even know the co-pay cost since you haven't bothered to change insurance.might be a good time to research that change. You can't keep going to CA forever just to see a DR. Dang, look at what you spend on sheep stuff....can't fork over for yourself? Riiiight!
PS...sorry about the hernia & looming op.
My son is picking them up and will mail them out. Then the Walgreens in SS will have them. We need to find a local doctor.@Ridgetop If no one has picked up the prescriptions in California, you can call that pharmacy to return them to stock. That "unfills" them so you can get filled at local branch of same chain. I had same thing happen a couple of times during moves.
