I mean if you want to get dirty like that then I can just do the frequency that drives dogs mad that humans can't hear and have all 6 dogs inside that camper going off. Yes I have the speakers for it already.I wonder if that is where the myth about elephants being agfraid of mice came from - the squeaking of mice compared to the squealing of pigs.
Hidden speakers broadcasting pigs squealing at ear piercing decibels?![]()
The house I was building is of no more, got as far as the piers and he decided to change his mind again. Now he bought a house in Hettinger, ND for $15k that he thinks is the answer, but what do I know I'm just his contractor.
He is going to winter it in the camper they are in and come spring I'm sure he is moving even though he said two years.
My opinion is he should finish the house, pay most of his land off he is currently on, then flip it on the market after two years to avoid capital gains taxes and then take the money from that and move on.
If he changes his mind again and wants me to finish the house, nope that bridge is burnt. I cleared my calendar for this project that was supposed to set me up for winter, now I'm plugging the holes from the ship sinking before snow flies in less than a month.
First up, moving boulders from on top of a ridge to front of where a house is going to be built for another customer. It’s in the picture where the shack is, is where the boulders will go and the house. Very steep!
