Coffee anyone ?

Mostly relaxing today, doesn't happen very often. Checked the activity around the hives and gave the flock a treat. There are other things I can work on, but I'm not in the mood. We're heading over to the wetside when hubs finishes playing golf. He's playing, so I'm allowed to relax...lol He wants to take me to a pond store to see if we can find some plants for my bee pond. We'll also hit a few nurseries while we're over there. We plan on staying tonight and then come home after we've finished our shopping. Should be fun, except for the traffic and all of the people.

Wish you were closer, I have lots of pond plants here that I could give to you...pickerel rush, arrowhead, iris, parrot feather, water lilies.

So - this morning DH calls - asks "Did you order hay?" --- No dear, I didn't order any hay. .. "Well - they're delivering at the barn now." --- EEEP !! I was only looking at what I had and thinking about we're going to need hay in a week or two.
Got to the barn and they'd already unloaded and stacked maybe 20 or so bales. EEEEEEK. Calls go back and forth to the hay folks from the guys and DH as I'm standing there thinking --
- I was only thinking about when to order
- Damn that's really nice looking hay
- Maybe we should take this load - so what if it's a couple weeks earlier than I was thinking

More phone calls, and 75 bales later I think we'll be set for the summer! Sometimes things happen for a reason. Not sure the exact reason on this, but I'm going with the flow.

It's a good thing it was a good thing...lol
