On my second cup of coffee. It’s hot already, I slept late, not motivated.
I drove home from TSC without AC, just outside air as I didn't want to blow cold air on the chicks. That's why I woke up this morning with a borderline heat exhaustion headache. I am VERY unmotivated to work outside...mowing will have to wait.On my second cup of coffee. It’s hot already, I slept late, not motivated.
It’s a liability and reputation issue. When I worked for a major retailer I was required to discard an appalling amount of useable food. It was insured so Corporate didn’t see a problem. Our store had a donation set up (dry groceries only) briefly. Then personnel and hours cuts ended it.I've asked the local grocery store for produce they're throwing away. They won't do it.
Totally agree! Same way I work with my training folks. Sometimes "life gets in the way" for those folks and I make exceptions for them, a perk of being an A or B client. The others -- go find someone else, I'm not for you. This applies to anyone running a business including livestock…
“C” clients. They are always in a rush, talk big game and then bitch and moan when they get a bill.
Fire those clients immediately.
“B” clients want to be treated fair, never complain but require a little more attention. Those are the clients that keep the lights on. You send them Xmas cards.
“A” Clients pay fast and pay well, they get first spots on your schedule and they are the ones that help you grow. You call them on Xmas eve and thank them personally for the work.
Neat comparison....
