Rahab has 4 eggs, other 4 in incubator. Yesterday was Day 18, Lockdown for the incubator. I removed the autoturn mechanism, now just hoping that I didn't kill the chicks with high humidity. Hatch is expected Thursday or Friday. :fl
If high humidity were to kill chicks, @Baymule wouldn't be able to have any in Texas

Tossed for an hr -- finally got up, 4:30 :he

On 2nd cup. Prob will be whole pot day. But dishwasher going, & pot with couple gal milk heating for cheese. I'll do another batch after.

Daylight happening, roos are crowing. Plan to do a load of wash to hang out. Hope no rain, as they suggested.🙄 If that happens there's a chance grass will dry enough to cut the yard late day.

I'll go play with goats in a little while. Need to give away 5 dz eggs, too. I just can't eat this many.

Foggy, humidity is thick. Another hot day, I’m about to get out there and move some sheep around and put a new tarp on the hoop shelter. It won’t be easy, the “dirt” level has risen since last year and I had to dig down to break loose the zip ties on the bottom wire of the panels, to remove the old torn up tarp. I’m gonna be a puddle of sweat.

Yesterday was supposed to be a "non day" with rain and temperatures down in the 60's. Yeah that didn't happen. Got another client done in the rain, nice to just go do something at someones place, them not be there and get work done. Highs in the low 60's and rain again today.
Yeah that's a truck I crushed, engine is in the back and that's a travel trailer that burned, after I got done with it it's only a ball of steel that got tossed in with the pickup truck in my dump truck. If the neighbors only knew how easily I could dispose of their world into my dump truck in one go.

It’s absolutely BEEEOOOTIFUL out today!! The sun is shining brightly and the flowers out back are standing tall and colorful and it made me feel all happy.
I ❤️ flowers
Never cut, but growing and gifting every single day. Roses, hollyhocks, snaps, every feasible kind.

I. Need. More.

I love roses and hollyhocks. Hollyhocks especially, since they scream "old fashioned" to me!

Ha! Trade in those goats for GEESE! GEESE love rain! Or, more accurately, they barely notice it.

Rainy up here today, let the geese out, and they are going about in the yard nibbling on the lawn.
