Answered a few "urgent" emails, now heading to main office to make THE coffee.

Gotta share...

They make you slaves to the tech lords. You're giving them one of the most valuable things you have on earth: your time, and to some extent your freedom of choice. You gotta own your time. It's better to live in the time before cell phones even if everyone thinks you're weird. (DH and I were discussing this last night, as in he was discussing and I was busy falling asleep, lol) Own your technology. Don't let it own you.

For instance, people here drive terribly. One reason is that they tend to be on tik tok (sp??) while driving. Always at lights too. I get to see ALL the dumb ways to drive. And on the metro. As soon as they are physically still, right back on mindless tick tock or similar, and that's just my generation and younger-just the way it is. It owns them.

Please for the love of God, if your vehicle breaks down, remember or take note of the address you left your vehicle at.
I drove 60 extra miles trying to find this person’s vehicle with him in the passenger seat clueless, this about how it went.

Since I have a small black car with no distinguishing features—and 50 million other people on the Walmart parking lot do too, I park on the last row on the right, facing Walmart. Since it’s so far from the door, I usually get a space close to the end. I’ve done a pin drop in congested parking lots. Another trick is turn around like you are looking for your car and look for it. Spot how close it is to a light pole or something. That trick works out in the woods too, trails always look different facing the other way.

Coffee is ready. It’s a white fog outside and I don’t care-it’s Sunday and by the time I get out of church, it will be too hot to do anything outside anyway.
