GLENMAR FARM JORUNAL

He showed my agent he has a mill in the bank. He wants to build a house with 1.4 mil.
People with $$$ think they can get whatever they want. 🙄🙄. Yep I have the final say.
The saga continues…… stay tuned. 😂😂

It does suck to be dealing with this alone.
Got the house cleaned today and the yard mowed. So now time to relax.
Oh man, I would not want someone to build a $1.4 million McMansion next to my cow farm! I hope you get a good neighbor.

Realtor is my best childhood friend from 6 yrs old. I trust her. The survey is current , but the county shows fences may be on back 25 acres by 29 ft. The guy before me put them up according to property lines. So we will see who is right.

1.4 mil -- builds a nice house around here - but that's just it nice house nothing big. Big and McMansion style starting at 2 mil at least. Tract homes on postage stamp lots 800K
@GLENMAR -- don't know what you've got, but might be time to start looking into hedge type trees so you don't have to look at their house. Plant when they break ground.

The back lot is completely wooded. So if they build back a bit, I’ll never see it. Let me see if I can send a photo of the potential build.

Ugly, in my personal opinion. Lots of unnecessary gables add to building and maintenance cost. It's the housing trend here, too, along with tiny lots.

If the woods are yours, that's good. If the woods are on the parcel for sale, not good. People don't think about buffers. I share a backyard border with a house on the next street. There was a huge hedge of holly bushes along the property line, tall, maybe 8' or more. New owner was clearing out the trees on his property, and I politely suggested he not remove the hollies as they were a nice privacy screen.

Nope. Dope cut them down. Now we can stare at each other's backyards.

Ugggg. Well I’m hoping most people move to land like this because they want privacy. I know there are no guarantees.
