Don't you have a daughter in law? What is she doing?
You have awesome kids, they come from fine parents.
Dearest Daughter-in-law is still here. She mostly keeps house but also has an online job.

Every so often I see her cleaning up the chicken and duck coops for me!

She is super sweet to me. She helped me sing for Christmas services, which was a huge help. She actually has some musical training and can read music and sings beautifully.

No pretty church in the snow pictures this year????

So glad that you have a DIL that is so thoughtful.

Merry Christmas to your whole family.
Yes! Thank you!

And we had close to ZERO snow on Christmas! The day after Christmas we got over 6 inches.

I am planning to take some good church in snow photos tonight!

The red bows that were on the wreaths got blown off! A son put them back on... but after the service it was much too cold for me to stand and take photos! Ha!

Here is BEFORE Christmas!
Notice how little snow there is.

And one interior photo with some of the decorations. The big plant in middle of the church (right edge of photo) is REAL. The little plant in front of the candle stand is FAKE. Nice fake!

We are STUCK in the teens as a high! :tongue

The nice thing is that it is cold enough that there isn't any more snow coming down. Nice to not have to shovel.

And... walking to the chickens for their second serving of fresh water today....

There was an eagle perched on top of the goose coop. And I was all "hummmm, have you found a way into my coops?"

Here is a photo of him flying off as I approached.

And no, he had NOT found a hole! I have wire tops on my runs.

The geese were in the furthest away from the eagle corner of their pen, all quiet and together looking up at him. Interesting that they didn't holler out and try to scare him off. The flock is big enough, I have 8.

They were trying not to attract attention and I don't blame them...lol

Awesome photo! 💗
