Cold with hard frost at get up but has warmed. We've gotten into low 40s It'll be frigid tonight with that "S" crap threatening daybreak. Expect it to turn into cold rain mid morn. A sloppy mess overall & I'm can hardly wait for that, not! At least I'm home, nothing I need to leave for -- I'll load up barn hay racks tonight while they're at troughs chowing down. Buy me time in the morning for enjoying coffee without guilt

It’s raining some more. I dumped out a half inch this morning…… I wanna go outside and play! Sheep and dogs are in their shelters, nobody wants to be outside. Was going to go to the post office, think I’ll wait till tomorrow when I take my SIL to PT.

Well……… So we signed this morning…… Ten minutes after heading out to go home and finally go to bed the realtor calls and says there a problem. Of course there is! Apparently there was a “miscommunication” and the notary didn’t receive the lending documents. So now I can’t go to bed. Still able to send funding but have to wait to meet the notary AGAIN this afternoon to sign the rest of the documents. Even worse is that we won’t be able to close because it will be too late for document drop off at that point. I’m so beyond frustrated at this point.
