I checked "hunting with guides"..... Many more from here on e coast. It's a way to start looking for out his way. :idunno:fl:hugstheres hope. He sure has experience!

Contact guides for specific needs: Outfitters like Wagonhound Outfitters (elk) or Storm Peak Outfitters (elk, deer, bear) can provide details on their guided packages.
Wyoming: Beaver Trap Outfitters specializes in guided hunts for elk, mule deer, and other big game.

What's the name of outfit he's been with? We can look up info for their ownership change and plans....
He worked for the Tejon Ranch i. Southern California. I think the biggest issue is going to be the girls. He doesn’t want to live where he can’t see them

It must be weighing on my mind, with your news about Cody and all the other news (my nephew is being laid off next March). :(

I dreamed that the Director of the Food Pantry where I volunteer, announced layoffs. Layoffs for the volunteers. She said she were only going to allow 17 volunteers - to cover our 9 shifts through the week!!!!! Now that's a nightmare!!

I'm in the area of many large military bases and tremendous numbers of civil/contract supporting workers. It has been estimated that some 52k workers are affected by the current shutdown. 😠 Then there's always the trickle down to businesses that have reduced sales, etc. The financial hardships are real. The food banks are already suffering with their funding, as well as families struggling with general inflation costs. Now add this. Recovery will be slow and painful.
