Butter Brickle Caramel Cheesecake

Desserts

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar

1 cup flour
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 (14 oz)can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) container cool whip

1-2 cans sweetened condensed milk for carmel topping

Directions:
1 Preheat oven 350
2 Combine crumbs, butter, white sugar and press nto bottom of springform pan
3 Bake 6 minutes. Cool completely
4 Preheat oven to 400
5 Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and pecans. Lightly pat onto baking sheet
6 Bake 10-15 minutes
7 Beat cream cheese til smooth. Beat in condensed milk til well blended. Fold in whipped topping.
8 Spread 1/2 cheese mix over crust in springform pan, then 1/2 oat crumb topping, 1/2 carmel, repeat
Freeze overnight before serving

PS- I take 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, completely covered with water in my crockpot and leave it on overnight. It makes the best caramel.! I also use a pastry bag to do the caramel as its easier to control where it goes

If your life is very lonely and isolated, you had no friends or family to talk to all day, with only your dogs for company, and you had an agreement that dinner would be served at 7 pm because you have to put a lot of effort into making meals, and your husband strolls in more than an hour late (without calling) and when asked why he was late, you were told, because everyone was up at the shop (drinking beer and shooting the sh*t). On making the caramel, 2 cans condensed milk, in crockpot, set on low? How much water do you cover it with? How do you get the water out

That would hurt my feelings and make me mad. Explain to this rock for brains that you work really hard at preparing good meals and a phone call would have been the right thing to do or better, be on time for supper. Then serve bologna sandwiches for a few days, since HE doesn't appreciate your efforts. And he needs to apologize, or the bologna sandwiches will continue.

Put the unopened can in the water. Keep it covered with an inch or two of water . Open after its done.

You guys, we need prayer. I texted with Cody this morning. His daughter is in the hospital. They don’t know what’s wrong, fever, extremely high heart rate and scary chest xrays
Please pray for healing for my granddaughter and for peace for Cody. It’s as if he’s under attack on every front
